The Grievance Redressal Cell functions as per UGC guidelines to ensure

- Receive and resolve grievances related to academic and administrative issues
- Ensure confidentiality and fairness
- Promote student welfare and discipline
- Suggest corrective measures and follow-up actions
How to File a Complaint
Complaints can be submitted via:
- Written application to any committee member
- Email: grievance@lrmahavidyalaya.org
- Complaint box at the college campus
- Meet the Chairperson in person
Please Include:
- Name, Roll No. / Employee ID & Contact
- Details of the grievance
- Date & place of occurrence
- Supporting documents (if any)
All grievances will be addressed promptly and confidentially.
