Swargeeya Ram Rahasya Mahavidyalaya is committed to addressing grievances of students, faculty and staff in a fair, transparent and timely manner. The Grievance Redressal Cell functions as per UGC guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful and supportive campus environment.

  • Receive and resolve grievances related to academic and administrative issues
  • Ensure confidentiality and fairness
  • Promote student welfare and discipline
  • Suggest corrective measures and follow-up actions

How to File a Complaint

Complaints can be submitted via:

  • Written application to any committee member
  • Email: grievance@lrmahavidyalaya.org
  • Complaint box at the college campus
  • Meet the Chairperson in person

Please Include:

  • Name, Roll No. / Employee ID & Contact
  • Details of the grievance
  • Date & place of occurrence
  • Supporting documents (if any)

All grievances will be addressed promptly and confidentially.
