UGC Guidelines on Prevention of Sexual Harassment
- All educational institutions must prevent and address sexual harassment.
- Complaints should be resolved in a fair, confidential and timely manner.
- No retaliation against complainants is permitted.
- Awareness and sensitization programmes must be conducted regularly.
College Policy on Sexual Harassment
Swargeeya Ram Rahasya Mahavidyalaya strictly adheres to UGC and Government norms to prevent and address sexual harassment. The college ensures:
- Immediate and confidential redressal of complaints.
- Strict disciplinary action against offenders.
- Awareness programs for students and faculty.
- Complete confidentiality and non-retaliation policy for complainants.
How to File a Complaint
Students and staff may report incidents confidentially using any of the following modes:
- Submit a written complaint to any committee member
- Email: complaints@lrmahavidyalaya.org/
- Drop complaint in College Complaint Box
- Meeting the Presiding Officer in person

- Name, Contact & Roll/Employee No.
- Date, time & place of incident
- Details of the complaint
- Any evidence or witnesses (if available)
